A large covered veranda of approximately 60 m2 is ideal for your outdoor lunches and dinners, while another veranda behind, communicating with the kitchen, is equipped with a barbecue.

The villa has a private swimming pool, a covered parking space, and a garden of approximately 300 m2 for exclusive use. Partial sea view.

Through a suggestive pedestrian path, shared with other villas, there is the beach with fine sand and crystal clear water, not accessible by land but only from the common park, which guarantees an extremely private environment.
