In Porto Cervo, in the prestigious resort of Liscia di Vacca, we present a detached villa just put on the market, available for the entire summer season of 2024, with minimum stay of 14 nights.

The villa, spread over 2 living levels and offers a cozy environment composed of living/dining room, large open kitchen, No. 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom adjoining the living area on the ground floor. On the basement level, an additional living area, fitness room, toilet and No. 1 additional double bedroom with en suite bathroom, for a total of 8 beds with possibility of adding cribs on request.
Covered veranda in front of the living/pool area and gazebo area furnished with sofas. There is a large brick barbecue.
The villa has a private swimming pool, No. 2 covered parking spaces, and a garden of about 300 square meters for exclusive use.

Through a charming pedestrian path, shared with other villas, there is access to a beach of fine sand and crystal clear water, not accessible by land but only from the common park, thus ensuring an extremely private environment. On the beach, 2 deck chairs and 1 umbrella are available daily.
Security and concierge service is active 24/24 hours, while the villa is equipped with an alarm and video surveillance system.
