In Porto Cervo, in the prestigious resort of Liscia di Vacca, we present a detached villa available for the entire summer season of 2024, with a minimum stay of 14 nights.

The villa, in impeccable condition, is on one living level and offers a cozy environment consisting of living/dining room, separate kitchenette, master bedroom and toilet.
Outside, adjacent to the main body, we find two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, and one bedroom with French bed and en suite bathroom, offering a total of 7 beds, with the possibility of adding a crib.
A large veranda of about 70 square meters, covered, proves ideal for your outdoor lunches and dinners, while another back veranda, communicating with the kitchen, is equipped with a brick barbecue.

The villa is equipped with a beautiful private swimming pool with “shoreline effect,” a carport, and a garden of about 200 square meters for your exclusive use.

Through a suggestive pedestrian path, shared with other villas, there is the beach with fine sand and crystal clear water, not accessible by land but only from the common park, which guarantees an extremely private environment. On the beach, 2 deckchairs and 1 umbrella are available every day.
Security and concierge service is active 24/24 hours, while the villa is equipped with an alarm and video surveillance system.
